Please note that the Cyprexx website is intended solely to be a communication between Cyprexx and one of the following 2 business entities: either a company with an existing business relationship with Cyprexx ("Business Partner") or a company wishing to do business with Cyprexx, ("Prospect"). This website is only for commercial purposes between businesses.

Collection and disclosure of information

Cyprexx offers a Prospect, the opportunity to submit certain information in order to facilitate the development of a potential business transaction between the two commercial entities. If you are a Prospect, you represent a business that does not have an existing commercial relationship with Cyprexx but wishes to develop a commercial relationship. The collection of information from you is for potential business development purposes and in no event should you provide any information for personal, family or household purposes. Information you provide should only include business information such as company name, contact name and title, address, phone and fax numbers, email address and other business information relating to commercial transactions with Cyprexx ("Business Information").


Use, Purpose and Revisions

By entering and submitting Business Information to Cyprexx, you hereby represent that you are either a Business Partner or a Prospect. Cyprexx collects and shall use such Business Information for vendor management, business development and other commercial purposes. Business Information may be used by Cyprexx’s employees, staff, representatives, business partners, affiliates, clients, agents or any other entity that may have a legitimate business need to know or in the course of their duties. Browser information collected on the web site

In order to improve the value of its site, Cyprexx may log and analyze IP addresses. IP addresses are the locations of computers or networks on the Internet.
