Cyprexx Services, LLC (Cyprexx) provides this policy to explain how Cyprexx uses Short Message Service (“SMS” or “Text Messages”). Please carefully read these SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”). By completing the opt-in, you expressly consent for Cyprexx to send your company Text Messages at the mobile numbers your company provides related to properties that your company has agreed to perform services for Cyprexx. These Text Messages can be recurring.
Data obtained from you or your company in connection with Text Messages may include you or your company’s mobile phone number, you or your company’s wireless provider, the date, time, and content of Text Messages, and other information you or your company provides to Cyprexx as part of the Text Messages. Cyprexx may use this information to update its system of record or contact your company to request additional information. Cyprexx does not require your company to opt-in to receive Text Messages to be a Cyprexx vendor. Cyprexx will still offer work orders to Cyprexx vendors that do not opt-in to receive Cyprexx Text Messages.
If your company opts in to receive Text Messages from Cyprexx, your company agrees that it either has ownership rights or permission to receive Text Messages from your company’s mobile numbers provided to Cyprexx.
Your company may opt-out from receiving Text Messages from Cyprexx at any time by replying “STOP” to a Cyprexx Text Message. After replying “STOP” to a Cyprexx Text Message, you will no longer receive Text Messages from any Cyprexx phone number. If your company opts-out from receiving Cyprexx Text Messages but later changes its mind and wants to receive Text Messages from Cyprexx phone numbers, please contact Cyprexx at support@cyprexx.com to reinstate your company’s consent to receive SMS Text Messages from Cyprexx phone numbers.
You can receive assistance from Cyprexx at any time relating to receiving Text Messages from Cyprexx by replying “HELP” to any Text Messages you receive from Cyprexx or contacting Cyprexx IT Support at (813) 571-4444 or support@cyprexx.com.
SMS and data rates may apply for any Text Messages sent to your company from Cyprexx and to Cyprexx from your company. The maximum number of Text Messages per month your company receives from Cyprexx will vary based on the number of services your company agrees to perform for Cyprexx. Wireless providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered Text Messages. If you or your company have questions about your SMS or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Cyprexx may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms at any time, and such revisions shall take effect when posted to the Cyprexx website. Your company agrees to review these SMS Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your company’s continued consent to receive Cyprexx Text Messages will indicate your company’s acceptance of those changes.
