Since 1979, Ronnie Ory has operated a successful homebuilding business. In the early 1990’s, Ronnie Ory founded Cyprexx Services in response to seeing an increase in blighted homes in need of servicing. Ronnie now serves as Chairman of the Board.

Ronnie started Cyprexx Homes in the early 90’s. Ronnie and wife, Linda, are the founders of Cyprexx Services LLC and have been in the homebuilding business since 1979. Ronnie is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Owner of Cyprexx.

Ronnie, a Florida licensed general contractor, entered the field services industry repairing REO residential properties in Central Florida in 1990. During the mid-1990’s the business model changed focus to exclusively manage and service REO properties. Through Ronnie’s keen insight and leadership, Cyprexx Services LLC is now full service nationally and not only services REO preservation properties, but offers repairs, inspections, property preservations, and utility services.

In November of 2013, Ronnie and son RJ, invented and introduced a new and innovative installation process for clear boarding properties called InvisiBoard ™. This revolutionary, patent pending installation method eliminates plywood board ups on vacant properties.

Ronnie is a member of REOMAC, Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Brandon Chamber of Commerce.

RJ Ory

Executive Vice President of Repairs

RJ began working with Cyprexx in 2006 and is the Executive Vice President of National and Florida Repairs. Prior to joining Cyprexx, RJ worked for 18 years as a Construction Manager in the Petrochemical and Refining industry. Under his stewardship, the Repairs department has grown tremendously over the last several years, and Cyprexx is now one of the few to perform repair services nationwide.

RJ has a degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, maintains a General Contractors license in the state of Louisiana and developed and holds the Patent for the Invisiboard installation system. RJ was promoted to Executive Vice President of Repairs in June of 2016. RJ currently serves on the Board as Vice President of Cyprexx Services, LLC.

Rhonda Ory Williams

Executive Vice President or HR

Rhonda began her career at Cyprexx in 2004 in the operational role of Senior National and Local Repair Manager. Due to substantial national growth and exhibited success, Rhonda was promoted to Director of HR in 2005. Rhonda was promoted to Executive Vice President of HR in June of 2016. Rhonda currently serves on the Board as Vice President of Cyprexx Services, LLC.

As a result, she has developed staff benefits, compensation packages, continued employee retention, and incentives that are considered some of the best in the Tampa Bay area. Prior to joining Cyprexx, Rhonda had an 18-year career in Healthcare Administration.

Ed Mullen

Chief Executive Officer

Ed manages Operations Divisions including Repairs, REO Preservation, Property Preservation, and Inspections. Ed formerly served as Chief Financial Officer of Cunningham Lindsey Group Limited. He managed Cunningham Lindsey on behalf of private equity owners through to a successful divestiture.

Ed also served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Broadspire Services, Inc. Throughout his tenure with Broadspire, he was responsible for casualty claim and medical management operations, quality programs, Information Technology, Human Resources, legal and financial.

Prior to joining Broadspire, Ed had a 20-year career at Bausch & Lomb. Initially based in Waterford, Ireland, he was closely linked to operations in the financial roles and undertook in-country international assignments in England and Germany. He moved to the United States in 1988.

Ed holds a Masters of Business Administration from St. Leo University in Tampa, Florida and a National Diploma in Business Studies (Ireland).

Tony Maher

Director of Business Development

Tony is responsible for facilitating business growth through marketing, sales, and client retention for the company. Tony has over 26 years of experience in Default Servicing Management, having held management and team lead positions at Fannie Mae and HomeSide Lending.

Tony also worked at US Real Estate Services (USRES) and RES.NET where he has a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing new products.

Tony earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas.

John Vann

Chief Information Officer

John's responsibilities include providing leadership across all technology units including; Network Operations, Software Development, Database Administration, Quality Assurance, and Help Desk.

Prior to Cyprexx, John had a successful career at Arbitration Forums, Inc. spending more than 17 years as a manager pioneering strategic planning and technology initiatives.

John attended the University of Alaska and the University of South Carolina and has obtained over seven different certifications amassing expertise in several systems and software platforms.

Jerry Harris

Chief Financial Officer

Jerry joined Cyprexx in 2009. Jerry’s experience and leadership have been instrumental in facilitating a financially sound approach during a period of exponential growth and change for Cyprexx.

Jerry has over 35 years of experience in senior financial roles in public accounting including at PricewaterhouseCoopers and with several multinational publically-listed companies such as Columbia Pictures Entertainment, Warner Insurance Services, Kraft, and Purolator.

Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the College of New Jersey.

Mike Lawler

Director of Repairs

Mike joined the Cyprexx Management Team in 2016. Mike’s experience includes Director of Preservation and Repairs at Fannie Mae, Vice President Property Preservation for JPM Chase, and an extensive residential construction background.

Mike's understanding of the investor point-of-view, servicer requirements, and contractor perspective allow Cyprexx to better meet the needs of its clients.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hobart College in Geneva, New York.

Te Leone

Director of Property Preservation

Te has been with Cyprexx since 2003. Te was instrumental in the development and testing of the pre-foreclosure inspections technology platform and has built the department from the ground up.

Prior to her time building the Inspections and Preservation Departments at Cyprexx, Te served as the Communications Director for a research and training institute at the University of South Florida and has more than 20 years of experience in media relations and broadcast journalism.

Te earned her Bachelors of Science in Education from State University of New York, Oneonta.

Adam Palmer

Director of REO

Adam has been with Cyprexx since 2010. Prior to joining Cyprexx, Adam worked as a property manager in the vacation rental home industry on Hatteras Island, North Carolina.

Adam holds a Masters of Business Administration from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. In graduate school, he was a member of the Entrepreneurial Initiative team at ECU.

He also obtained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

Lynda Green

Director of Client Services

Lynda currently oversees projects for Business Development, Internal Operations Auditing/Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, and Client Specification/Procedures.

Lynda brings more than 23 years of Default, and REO Operations Management experience to Cyprexx. Lynda was previously the Assistant Vice President and REO Operations Manager for HomEq Servicing-Barclay’s Capital where she was responsible for valuation, value, pre-marketing, and field services functions.

Lynda earned her degree in Business Management from NWACC in Arkansas.

Nathan Knighten

Director of Human Resources

Nathan began his career with Cyprexx in 2012 as Manager of Human Resources. Nathan’s extensive knowledge of HR quickly advanced his career with Cyprexx and he was promoted to Senior Manager of HR within his first year. Nathan was most recently promoted to Director of Human Resources in June of 2016.

Prior to joining Cyprexx, Nathan was in the Telecommunications Field with positions in Marketing, Purchasing, Risk Management, Contract Administration and Human Resources. Nathan’s professional background has allowed Cyprexx to continue to grow its operational and support departments to ensure Cyprexx Services, LLC remains a leader in the Field Services Industry.

Nathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, as well as the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Andrew Goldberger

General Counsel

Andrew Goldberger is the General Counsel for Cyprexx Services, LLC. Andrew currently oversees all Cyprexx litigation and is intimately involved in corporate governance, corporate compliance, contract negotiations, and business development for Cyprexx.

Prior to joining Cyprexx, Andrew was a partner at a prominent Atlanta, Georgia real estate law firm, where he represented mortgage lenders, servicers, and government-sponsored enterprises in all aspects of real estate litigation.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
