Cyprexx Services has a comprehensive IT infrastructure with numerous layers of security and system redundancies. REOTrak, a proprietary software platform, was developed and is maintained entirely by an in-house development team. Additionally, Cyprexx has a web-based portal that provides management of real estate property services to clients and our vendor network, using real-time data access. Both products were developed using Microsoft.NET and utilize Microsoft SQL Server 2019 to securely store data.

Mobile access is facilitated via strategic partnerships and tight integration with the real estate industry's leading commercial products. The Cyprexx development team has extensive experience in a myriad of software integration techniques and have the capability to integrate with virtually any software system a client may require.

The protection of our clients’ data is of the utmost importance to Cyprexx. All Cyprexx production servers are located within two state-of-the-art enterprise hosting facilities that provide redundant power, bandwidth, A/C, environmental controls, and multiple layers of physical security. The facilities are designed to operate indefinitely without commercial power. Our backup strategy includes the real-time replication of data between the primary and disaster recovery site. We have implemented a comprehensive security program and IT controls which include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients’ confidential information. An annual SSAE16 SOC 2 examination is performed to provide information and assurances regarding the implemented controls. The report is available to current and prospective clients upon request.
