Cyprexx Services has a comprehensive IT infrastructure with numerous layers of security and system redundancies. REOTrak, a proprietary software platform, was developed and is maintained entirely by an in-house development team. Additionally, Cyprexx has a web-based portal that provides real-time data access to manage real estate property services for clients and our vendor network.

Mobile access is facilitated via strategic partnerships and tight integration with the real estate industry's leading commercial products. The Cyprexx development team has extensive experience in many software integration techniques and can integrate with virtually any software system a client may require.

Protecting our clients' data is of the utmost importance to Cyprexx. All Cyprexx production servers are located within two state-of-the-art enterprise hosting facilities that provide redundant power, bandwidth, A/C, environmental controls, and multiple layers of physical security. The facilities are hardened to withstand severe weather and designed to operate indefinitely without commercial power. Our backup strategy includes using an immutable, air-gapped, access-controlled solution and real-time data replication between the primary and disaster recovery sites.

We have implemented a comprehensive security program and IT controls, which include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our clients' information. An annual SOC 2 Type 2 examination is performed to provide information and assurances regarding the implemented controls. The report is available to current and prospective clients, upon request.
