Medical Benefits

The Employee Benefit Program offers full-time employees a competitive range of benefit plans such as medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and dental (Aetna) covered 100% for the employee by the Company. Pre-tax flexible spending, life, disability (Aetna) and vision insurance are also available. Full-time employees become eligible for health and dental insurance benefits on the date of direct hire following their temporary assignment period.

401(k) Plan

The Company will match dollar-for-dollar, up to 4% of pay. The plan will give immediate and full vesting. All employees are eligible after one year of employment.


Each year eligible employees will receive pay for the following holidays listed as observed by Cyprexx Services:
  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

In addition: Direct hire, full-time employees, who are employed by Cyprexx Services LLC qualify for one (1) paid floating holiday each calendar year. The floating holiday must be taken within the calendar year and cannot roll into the next year. The floating holiday is to be used for holiday observance of choice.

Accrued Time – Paid Time Off (PTO) & Vacation

Employees immediately start accruing paid time off (PTO) and vacation hours. The first year of employment with Cyprexx Services, the employee will accrue two (2.0) hours of PTO and two (2.0) of vacation each bi-weekly payroll period. An employee cannot be late more than 2 times per payroll period in order to accrue PTO for the period. Every employee is eligible to accrue six and a half (6.5) PTO days a year.

Vacation hours are accrued at the rate of two (2.0) hours per payroll period as long as the employee is paid for at least 76 hours. Vacation hours accumulate to 6.5 days of vacation per year. One must be an employee of Cyprexx Services for at least six months before they are eligible to use accrued vacation. (This includes the 3-month temp period.)

When an employee has reached their one-year anniversary as a direct hire, the employee will begin to accrue vacation hours at an accelerated rate of 3.25 hours per payroll period, thus accumulating 10.5 vacation days a year.
